1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons)


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item received

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • An alternative item (upon your approval)


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
