At Zyuth, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to ensure premium quality. We truly want you to love what you purchase. However, if something does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.
Every item undergoes a detailed quality inspection before being dispatched.
No Exchange or Refund
All purchases are considered final. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to availability).
To file a claim:
- Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide your order number along with clear images showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Eligibility Criteria
- Exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Customized or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange.
- Returns are only applicable in cases of manufacturing faults or incorrect items delivered.
Exchange Process
- Email us at zyuthofficial@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.
- Once reviewed, our team will provide return shipping instructions.
- After approval and inspection, your exchange will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
We do not provide cash refunds. In approved cases, compensation will be issued as store credit or an exchange.
